If that doesn't help, then there might be a problem with the system or with the hard drive.
Defragment your disk. on which the game is installed.
Reinstall the game on the system drive (if free space allows).
Try to install the old version of the drivers for the video card:
If Win 7/8: v. 344.11
If Win10: v. 352.84
