Will the 2014-15 games run on ultra settings on such a pc?

Will the Witcher 3 (well, maybe without hairworks), Asassins creed unity, dragon age 3, gta 5, batman arkham knight, mad max, metal gear solid 5, Lords of the Fallen at ultra settings in a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (full HD)? at 50 FPS

Ultra settings assume that everything will be turned on to the maximum, but naturally it will not work on the 970th, again it depends on the game, resolution and various graphic buns that are in the game, but it is very comfortable to play these games on such a video with the correct graphic settings.
