Here is a mod for changing fuel prices. In the def / country folder there are 34 sii files with countries. Open the country in which you want to change the cost of fuel, and adjust the value in the line fuel_price
Anatoly7469, the price of fuel has never been in the economy file! It is located in the folder with countries along the path that I indicated above. And this whole system is taken from the def.scs file in the root folder of the game.
