The situation is this, yesterday everything worked, but today, when starting, the Windows refused to start. more precisely, the 8.1 loading indicator appeared and loaded, but it never came to a greeting, the monitor just went blank and the block continued to work. after the restart, I was offered to restore the system, I agreed.
After the recovery, the computer started up and opened Windows BUT the image is not full screen, (fHD monitor) went into the device manager and there is no video card of mine, it says "something is standard there", that is, it does not see it, run Aida and Zgpu in the section the video card determines only the manufacturer and writes that it has 0 MB of memory!

I decided to put firewood, in the middle of the installation, the monitor went out and did not turn on again, I had to press the reset, and the situation repeated, the Windows did not start again. after one more recovery, it started again. and so a vicious circle.
Did Vidyuha get burnt? or is it a system error?

inserted it into another PCI port, pulled out the operative, the situation has not changed, tell me what to do?
