will 750ti work in pci-e 2.0 without additional power supply?

Now it's gtx460, I want to replace it with gtx750ti. The 460 has extra meals, but the 750ti does not. The question is: will 750ti work in pci-e 2.0 without additional power supply?

Of course it will, just see that the power supply pulls and that's it, the description of any card indicates how much is required

The pci-e port can power up to 75 watts. if there is no way to connect additional power on the card, then its TDP is within this value.
