Steam. White screen on the level \ "Pursuit \" (Metro 2033)

The bottom line is this. Mission chase. Everyone is passed out. The guy on the right rocks the railcar.
I start to get dry and here the picture first recedes and after that everything becomes white and only sound remains.
Mutants attack and the keys do not respond, in the end they just kill me.
