Download game (Europa Universalis 3)

I have a disc Europe 3: Byzantium (3.0) Recently I watched a video and wanted the latest version - Divine Wind. I downloaded it several times from different sites, but the game either did not start, or it does not go in full screen mode, and if you set the maximum screen resolution, then some kind of garbage is going on. Help me please :)
