Non-ladder account (Diablo 2)

Greetings! I have not played D2 LoD for a long time and have already forgotten - only Persians on the account become non-ladder, but the account itself is not exposed to any non-ladder marks. So there could be ladder and non-ladder Persians?
And yet, where can I look - persian ladder or non-ladder?
