How do I enable subtitles? (Dead to Rights)

I finally found and downloaded this great cutscene game. Not like a shabby cropped version of Fargus. But the question arose how to enable subtitles in the game. It seems that I have already rummaged everything, but I did not find this item.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell the thread.
