The mystery of the Bermuda Triangle

Once, a whole flight of 5 planes disappeared there at a time. Then one of the rescue planes disappeared. This is the most famous and most popular case. The reason for the disappearance is not known, but some conclusions can be drawn from the latest radio communications.

At 17:00, Taylor instructs the flight's aircraft to turn on course 090 (east) for 10 minutes. Around this time, on the shore, they hear the exclamations of, presumably, two flight pilots: "If we flew to the west, we would already be at home", "Damn it, heading west."

At 5:15 pm, Taylor reports to Port Everglades: “I can hardly hear you. Now we are flying a course of two hundred and seventy degrees. " Then he announces that they intend to fly this course "until they run out of fuel or until they reach the coast." Communication with aircraft is unstable.

At 17:30, Taylor noticed something on the left and asked the pilots about it. It is impossible to make out their answer.

At 17:50, using radio direction finding, the approximate position of the aircraft was determined - within a radius of 100 miles from the point with coordinates 29 ° 15 ′ s. sh. 79 ° 00 ′ W d.

at 17:54 Taylor again asked to go to the frequency of 3000 kHz, he replies that he can not do it, so as not to lose touch with the rest of the aircraft level.

At 6:04 p.m. Taylor broadcasts: "Holding course 270 degrees we didn't go far enough east ... we can also turn around and fly east."

At 18:20, Taylor commands: "All planes stay close ... if the shore doesn't show up, we'll have to splash down ... When someone has less than 10 gallons left, we all go down together."

At 19:04 onshore at the flight control center in Miami, one of the flight pilots is heard for the last time call Lieutenant Taylor by his callsign.

At about 20:00 the fuel runs out, the planes are forced to splash down, after which the connection disappears and no one heard anything else about the fate of the pilots.
As we can see, there is nothing about "white water" or aliens.
The rescue aircraft most likely exploded: According to Kusche, aircraft of this type had a certain drawback, which was that fuel vapors penetrated into the cabin and there was enough spark to cause an explosion. The captain of the tanker Heine Mills reported seeing the explosion and falling debris and then finding an oil slick on the sea surface.
20 years later, somewhere in the Bahamas, a C-119 plane with 9 passengers on board disappeared. There is no evidence that he disappeared exactly in the Bermuda Triangle.
These are all major incidents. There can be no question of any missing ships with a large crew. Reports of unmanned ships found are nothing more than a myth, not confirmed by anything.

What's the bottom line? Reports of mysterious events in the Bermuda Triangle are greatly exaggerated. Ships and aircraft die in other parts of the world, sometimes without a trace. A radio malfunction or the suddenness of a disaster can prevent the crew from transmitting a distress signal. Finding wreckage at sea is not an easy task, especially during a storm or when the exact location of the disaster is not known. Considering the very busy traffic in the Bermuda Triangle area, frequent cyclones and storms, a large number of shoals, then the number of disasters that have occurred here, which have not received an explanation, is not unusually large. In addition, the in itself notoriety of the Bermuda Triangle can lead to the fact that catastrophes are attributed to it, which in reality happened far beyond its borders, which introduces artificial distortions in statistics.
It should also be noted that the disappearance of ships and aircraft without a trace in that place has stopped by now. Probably, the "monster" is full.

"We must drink the triangle!
For three of it! Give it!"
Dispersed, and poured:
"The triangle will be drunk!
Be it a parallelepiped,
Be it a circle, a louse!"

Those who were especially firing pin were bolted to the backs of the beds, The
paranoid was beating in the foam, like the witcher at the Sabbath:
"Untie the towel, innovators, fanatics,
We are bermutorn in our hearts and bermut in our souls!"

Googled this topic, a bunch of govnosites about great secrets with enthusiastic comments will come out. So there are many people who believe in nonsense like aliens stealing ships from Bermuda.

in God, too, many believe, why should we now prove to everyone that he does not exist? :)

me, as an average man of the average level of intellectual development, all the mysterious pyramids, Loch Ness monsters and Bermuda triangles seem to be nothing more than dubious inventions. I don't give a damn about them.

Heh, in the former CIS territory, whole trains of wagons with coal or something else can disappear without a trace, and you write about Bermuda, why "go so far" -))
