Buy laptop using foreign websites (e.g. Amazon)

In General, buy a new laptop (for advising to buy a PC from explain-10+ years of using laptops and can't give up amenities they provide, even given the fact that a similar PC would cost 600-800 dollars cheaper). In my country - Belarus - is 2,500.e. On Amazon I saw the same model with the same features for 1800.e.. Now the laptop https://catalog.onliner.by/notebook/acer/nhq5rer014. (Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-53-78EZ NH.Q5RER.014). There are several variants of this model, exactly the considered me - with rtx 2080 on Board. Question for those who know - is it safe to buy on these sites (as mentioned above Amazon or German (the name popped out of my head starts like in C):
1) How to deal with risks during shipping (poorly Packed - it rocked and other similar moments)
2) Documents - buying it so I get the whole package including warranty, maintenance and so on.
3) If item 2 is Yes, how this guarantee is easy to use in the country (bear in any service center of this model and all, or she is properly served only in certain countries).
Perhaps there were some pitfalls, but nothing comes to mind.
UPD - how much I suppose will cost shipping directly to me (1800 is net price), what other costs will be associated with its importation?
