Cure Friezes (Batman: Arkham Knight)

I noticed this feature. When driving a Batmobile, there are friezes, like most, but as soon as you get out of the car and turn on the remote control, the brakes disappear immediately, at any speed. How to understand sobsna?

I only lag because of the motion blur (nafig this effect is everywhere, I can't stand it), which cannot be turned off, and it keeps it at lows under 30 fps, of course.
