How do I get the Raiden Suit? (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

I know that to get this costume you need to get an "S" rating in all missions, but somehow I'm too lazy to do it. I'm not a perfectionist or nerd to stuff S in all missions. Guys, does anyone know a way to get it, without this insanity. If it's not difficult to throw a type-save, well, or somehow through editing the files.
