SDK Source problem with env_fire (Half-Life 2)

The problem is that when I put env_fire on the map, there is no fire, no smoke, only lives are spent.
In the Console, the error is as follows:
Attempting to create unknown particle system 'env_fire_small_smoke'
There are no leaks on the map, other effects of smoke explosion from grenades are there. I don’t know what the problem is.
