Please. Actually, you need to go to #:\Users\Home\Documents\Diablo 3 open mods.settings (if there is a text file) and write there:
[modHDReworkedProject]
Enabled=1
Priority=0

OR, if there is written, and the items disappear - then one needs to try to remove these lines. Or experiment with a string Priority=?, exposing digital values in order of importance for all the mods.

I have to disappear just after the mark of 70 mods. And not win. In the end, after thinking carefully, left fewer mods, abandoning the less interesting.
