Game freezes at random moments (Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy)

Bought the game at EGS. It plays well, but at random moments the picture suddenly freezes to 0-2 fps. And this does not depend on what is happening on the screen. I turned off the game, entered after some time and the same moment was played absolutely normally. Moreover, another oddity is that if you enter the game immediately after this problem, it runs at ultra-low fps from the very beginning, already in the menu, and it is impossible to press buttons.
Came across discussions on steam where it was advised to disable Exclusive Full Screen Mode, but that didn't help either.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how it can be solved?
