Is there a way to pass QTE without a mouse in UHDE? (Resident Evil 4)

The USB is broken, I can not connect the mouse. On the touchpad, both buttons cannot be pressed. Is there a way to replace buttons? Key remapper doesn't work.

It cannot be that all 3 USBs are broken at the same time. Check the device manager for the status of the USB ports. Maybe the problem is not significant.
