Launcher interface in English. Checked in Options - only English is available. The menu in all 3 games is in English. Who knows how to switch? Maybe a bug?

Found a solution. Documents BioWare Mass Effect Legendary Edition LauncherConfig.cfg Change the line to Language = ru_RU
The main thing after that is not to go into the settings in the launcher.
