No story missions online (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I can't continue the plot in online rdr, I stopped at preparing for a bank robbery, I don't know what to do, there is simply no mission, as soon as I go to the squad to a friend, the mission appears but not where it should and without a description, when I try to start it, the game crashes, I reinstalled the game, deleted it in the documents of rdr 2, tried to restart it, everything is in vain, I have despair, help please
