Achievement \ "treshka \" (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

I want to get a three-ruble achievement, I pumped the "sense of battle" skill to finish off enemies with adrenaline filled, but it only affects one opponent, not three. In other people's vidos, Geralt kills several opponents without any problems for a finishing move.

I passed it myself for a long time and I don't remember how I got it.
