Settings Issue (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I decided to change the graphics settings for GTA, changed the request to restart the game, agreed and the game exited, the epic opens and shows that the game is starting, but it is not even in the manager. I decided to close the Rockstar games launcher to restart the game, but the graphics settings were not saved. What to do?
