And how much do you need to pay in addition? if not a lot in the region of 20k, then take the ray from 3050.

Manufacturers often reduce the performance of hardware in laptops (and they do not always indicate this), so do not look only at the name of video cards. It is better to look for reviews on specific models of laptops that you are considering for purchase, and then decide whether to pay extra

Well, 25k can be thrown, but it will be more productive than 1650 ti, since this is no longer gtx but rtx in which tracing and dlss are available.
