Will it run Beam ng drive on Windows XP?

No, don't even start. Screwed there with the latest update DirectX 11 support
Version which works on Windows Xp - BeamNG.drive [L] [ENG] (0.4.0.6) for the Internet.
The latter will not work. They raised tough requirements. So fundamentally nothing has changed
