Runes on swords (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day gentlemen Witcher, a question for you, went through the game 1 time and that's decided from the beginning, wanted to make my swords look nice, so actually the question, does the type of rune stone (small & large) and kind of rune stone (Stribog catibog, etc.) on the lettering on the sword or it only affects the color? And the next question is, what do you think the rune is the most beautiful and why?
One more question, what would happen if the sword to put three different runes, will the color of the label different or what?
