Quest mysterious merchant (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After he escapes from you, I find him with the help of my witcher instinct, but I canâ€™t talk to him in any way. It just costs everything. Has anyone faced such a problem?

This is a bug in patch 1.07. Patch to 1.08 and you will be happy;)
