Opened almost all the entries in the Book of Tales. Remained unopened two entries from Episode 4. What actions should be taken to open them? Or at least write what is shown there ...

Got it. You must first go to the pawnshop, and not to the butcher, otherwise you lose the opportunity to inspect the pawnshop. Namely, during this inspection, the missing records are opened.
