How do I send Battle Gear on missions? (careful - spoilers) (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Good day to all. Guys, can you tell me how to send Battle Gear on missions? Hugh has already developed it, they told me that it is possible to send it via iDroid somehow, but I don't see something anywhere, maybe I missed something. I would be grateful for your answer!
