logging into selected server (Star Wars: The Old Republic)

Good day!
Faced such a problem: I can not connect to more than one server, climbs out: "logging into selected server" and nothing happens. I don’t know what to do.
I don't have a playable character. Only today I downloaded the game.

Ps repair in the launcher is not pressed
