Server Lags and Crashes (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

in general, such a problem, after each update of the game I have to do a CACHE INTEGRITY CHECK, otherwise when I go to the map, then glitches start and kicks from the servers, and then I start downloading additional files
what could be the problem
