Annoying issue in the side quests tab (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

After replaying the mission, it becomes gray (like most of the ones I have passed), but it is worth going through another and it becomes available again. Who faced this, a bug or not? Is there a way to fix it?

This is not a bug, but a feature. What's wrong with evacuating a warrior again with less shitty stats?

The fact that I don't need it, because there are stronger ones already, and in these tasks I came across in most cases with C ratings and with a skill the source of problems (or something like that)

The system is like in Skyrim, side tasks are stupidly endless, so it makes sense to complete them only from the "important" tab.

This is not a bug, at first I could not understand it myself. You just fire the evacuated fighters when the best ones appear, and you just shove them into the waiting room, or put up with this garbage
