how to break this wall? screen inside (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

in search of Ciri, the place where you first fight a knight from the wild hunt. I came across a wall there, punched it with a sign and behind it there is such a wall and some kind of icon on it (in the form of a spiral).

Keira Merz in the story gives you an artifact - "The Voice of Nehalema" or something like that ... they need to remove the illusion. Go a little further.

This is a mirage. There should be an Eye of Nehalena artifact from Keira Metz that dispels illusions.
You need to walk around until E appears. Press E and the illusion dissipates.
