Human Resources (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

In the iDroid Human Resources menu, a certain number of "new" people are constantly shown, although I go in and do auto-allocation. For example, I now have 74 people, 9 of them are new. Scroll through all lists and points will go away. You can also change the screen (where the skills of the staff are written, such as a translator from Russian) and go through these dudes.
