Empty waves of monsters (The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 3)

Faced such a problem.
I enter the hall with traps, place traps / towers, launch a wave, time starts ticking, but there are no monsters. As a result, time runs out, the wave is considered completely destroyed, but no experience, no gold, or anything else is given for this. And so with every stage. No matter how many times I visit, no matter what traps I set, nothing helps.

The situation was checked by an elementalist and a "robot / cyborg". Both are equally empty.
Who knows what is the reason? The version of the game, or an error during installation (although it did not give any errors).
