Redemption code PS4 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

A book is attached to the disc, it has a redemption code for additional. Persian and clothing. Consists of 12 characters. In the game itself, there is no where to enter it. And in PS STORE only 10 characters can be entered. So where is it?
