Defeats Are Spinning Up (FIFA 15)

In the 2nd season of my career, there are statistics defeats in my office every time between matches. I received a message from the management that important games should not be lost, blah blah blah, although you won the last match and did not play further I
went to my office - they cheat me with 30+ defeats. Has anyone had this problem?
