How to make infinite running energy in HalfLife2DM (Half-Life 2)

People, help. How to make infinite energy while running in Half-Life 2 Deathmatch (exactly dm, not single). So not to include sv_cheats. I just have my own server and how it will look if the cheats work for everyone. ;)

In general, how about turning on cheats> turning on endless aux turns> turning off cheats? It seems like it should work.
