Problem launching on Xbox 360 (SoulCalibur 5)

Guys, if anyone knows how to solve this problem, please respond. At startup, everything seems to be fine (the initial video inserts are played), but after pressing the start button, the game does not go to its main menu, the image simply disappears and a black screen remains.
