Quest bug. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Assignment: pick up Uma (freak) from the Sergeant.I go up to him, but the dialogue is not activated.
And because of this, the plot cannot be continued.
Subtracted that someone who did not have this problem and with the same patch version can help.
Help by completing this quest with my save.
I have patch 1.07 (updating to 1.08 did not help. And it stopped working altogether).

Upgrading to any version 1.08 will disable the game.

As far as I know, such a situation (the old patch works, the new one does not) is possible only in 2 cases:
a) a reap curve with a new version / incorrectly downloaded patch
b) using an outdated version of the debug console

a) "Hard": in the folder ".... The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt bin x64" delete / rename / pack (in short, make sure that the game does not "see") the file "dsound.dll"
b) "soft";): download from www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/143 and install the latest version
