Wolong (Summoner)

Rebzya, as the quest in the Wolong caves progressed, several questions arose at once that I cannot solve.
1) How to get rid of infinite slowdown? It is simply unbearable to move with the speed of a snail through the already large labyrinth of caves. Almost at the very beginning, when you first go through a trap with stakes from the ground, a slowdown is hung and does not pass into any. I've been running with him for half an hour. Even the cleansing tonic does not save (writes: "it cannot be treated"). Is it a glitch or will it go away later?
2) Where is this flower? Baileys escorted me to the tunnel, I walked along it, ran, but I don't see the quest flower.
