Endless loading (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After closing all the portals in the battle for Kaer Morhen, when Geralt shoots up a signal arrow, there is an endless download "like a cut scene with ciri, if memory serves." Does anyone have any thoughts?

I myself did not go through, apparently you need to download the last update or delete the last save a couple for example, it should work

I have the same trouble on ps, the video should start, but there is an endless download. I go in again and everything is ok
