Who is in charge of adding games to PG?

Good day to all. I stumbled upon the inquisitor game on the Internet, downloaded, installed, and voila! She hooked me with her plot and similarity to Diablo, Titan quest. I went through to the second act and stopped at the final quest of this very second chapter, I think now people on PG will help me with the passage, but it was not there, I was disappointed when I did not find such an interesting and exciting game on PG. Why the question arose, how is it, and why is she not on PG who is responsible for this?
