MKX (PC): There are no cutscenes between battles in Story Mode. [Answer is] (Mortal Kombat X)
Please help me to solve the problem. When playing in Story Mode, there are no cutscenes between battles.I went through Chapter 1 for Johnny Cage - everything was fine (all the videos were in place). But already in Chapter 2, after you defeat Kano, instead of cutscenes, they show a black loading screen (not for long) with a random character and immediately fight.
I didn't find anything sensible on the Internet ((already in despair ..
I beg you, help!

2) Download another pirate.
Most likely pirates cut the video to save space. Do they at least have any weight in that folder?

to solve the missing cutscene from story open the ''steam_emu.ini'' from folder where MK11 is installed remove this line ''1461160=4K Cinematic Pack (Mortal Kombat 11 4K Cinematic Pack)'' or put this # to disable 4K pack DLC DONE
