Problem with mods from Steam WorkShop

Hello! I had a problem, recently I decided to play Don't Starve Together, I remembered that there is such a wonderful thing as STEAM WORKSHOP, I saw a couple of cool mods, I subscribed to 0 actions, it does not download them and everything
Just subscribes, and before reinstalling Windows such no problems were noticed! Then I decided to go Garrys mod, all of a sudden it’s a troublesome non-starter, but it’s not exactly the same, nothing is downloaded, I also read magic with changing the language on the forums, and these games don’t have the CHANGE LANGUAGE parameter! What to do?
