Can I bring an account from Uplay to Steam?

There are a sufficient number of games in Uplay, but I bought them in Uplay itself. There was a desire to bring an account to Steam.

The game will be displayed on Steam, but will not be linked (in the sense that it was bought not on Steam itself). Because you only bought it from Uplay.
