Cove Faction Ending Question (Pillars of Eternity)

I saw on the forum that it is possible to achieve an ending, where the Dozens and Knights will be, as it were, in an alliance and everyone is fine, animancers are not chased. Can anyone describe in detail how to achieve this? (And don't screw up anything ...)
