The macro on the spear. Help! (Conan Exiles)

On the app BotMek found the macro:

Bug spear for infinite stamina ,after the 4th combo to use a macro and depending on the type of combo(light or heavy beats) will be displayed after hitting the enemy negative effects and relatively high damage. This way and that tried, but it works. The macro works from others. Can anyone used? Tell me how to do?
