Double image (Fallout: New Vegas)

A few years ago, I gave up the game because of this. Comp is the same, For no reason, the picture began to double. I thought maybe a head injury - no. Sleep food does not help. Doesn't work.

Pirate Ultimate + Fate of wanderer.
If you load the old save game, then everything is fine at the beginning, then it appears again. I thought about some drug - but I ate nothing but a couple of stimpacks and travel bags.
There were no wasps. The effect comes and goes. Last time I appeared on pure Vegas.

From mods some bugs, clean the list of mods, clean the save, reinstall Nevada.
