Offline coach career. Why do clubs refuse? (FIFA 15)

I play 3 seasons for Wigan, spent them in the Premier League, fulfilled the conditions of the leadership, applied to many clubs (even dead ones), but every time a refusal comes with the wording - you are not suitable for us. Is it possible to change clubs in the career of a Fifa 15 coach?
yes, it is possible ... but mainly clubs of the Manchester United class, Chelsea, Bayern are offering to leave

Well, as an example - I am now on the 3rd place in the Premier League, I submitted my resume to Swansea, which is on the 18th place and refused. tried many times to move to lower clubs, but always got a lapel turn.
