Setting up and optimizing the game. (Pillars of Eternity)

Good afternoon
It just so happened that after The Witcher 3 burned my video card I (hopefully temporarily) had to return to the previous old lady: GeForce 7600. Of course, all modern games slow down and Pillars of Eternity is no exception. Maybe someone knows how to lower the quality of the graphics, except through the menu? And are there any other ways to optimize this game?
