How to fix 60 FPS? (Battlefield: Hardline)

The fact is that when you set the resolution with a 59.9 Hz prefix and set vertical sync, the game jumps from 60 to 70 and vice versa, and regularly. Looks awful. Who knows how to fix it?

Download RivaTuner Statistics Server there you can set fps limits.

1. What video card do you have? the AMD driver can limit the frame rate.
2. Disable vertical sync and never enable it.
3. In the user.cfg config, write:
GameTime.MaxVariableFps 59.000000
Or whatever you need ...
